1 Signature Feeders 

The signature feeder employs the compact twin-feeder design with large capacity flat hopper to ensure large and consistent output. 

1:1 and 1:2 operation modes are available.

1 Cover Folder Feeder 

After the cover is scored along a predetermined line, it is folded along the scored line, fed onto the gathering chain and transported to the saddle stitcher.

1 Quality Assurance

Thickness inspector guarantees only complete booklets are stitched and trimmed. 

The signatures monitored as too thick or too thin will not be stapled, and will be rejected.

The missing stitch detector comes as standard, and the optional image recognition system is available for detecting the wrong signatures.

1 Stitching Unit 

The stitching unit configures two Hohner stitching heads for precise and excellent stitching, which can stitch up to 5mm thickness to meet different requirements. 

1 Three-Knife Trimmer 

The trimmer is quick and easy to set up using hand wheels with position indicators. 

Smooth transferring and precise positioning of each untrimmed book assure that each book is accurately trimmed, first by the side cut for the head and the foot, and then the front cut.
